Is there a way to change the background color for just the active tab like you can with the font color?  The background color for active tab is set with the Active Tab BG Color option but it changes the color of all the tabs, not just the active tab.  The font color of the active tab is set with the Active Tab Font Color option and this changes the color of just the active tab. I would think the background color would behave similar to the font color and apply to just the active tab.
